He is entrepreneur and investor with several successful start–up companies in Macedonia and in the Balkans Region. He has 15 years of international management experience in Banking and Financial Services.
He holds bachelor’s degree in international law from the Law School in Skopje and holds 2 advanced executive education certificates from HBX| Harvard Business School, one in “Disruptive Strategies and Innovation” and other in” Leading with Finance”.
After graduating from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius “department – archive history in 2005, In 2006 he started working as an agent for the sale of oil and oil derivatives in and outside the territory of the Republic of Macedonia. From 2007 to 2008, he worked as an outsourcing partner for the direct sale of EOS Matrix Macedonia, and immediately afterwards became the Head of the Sales Department in the same company, and remains there until the beginning of 2015.
The fundamental commitment to work, as well as the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships, complements the ambition to create innovative solutions in the field of electronic and physical archiving, services needed for our society. Perica Kostadinovski has been present since the founding of Inbox in 2010.
He joins the team at 2016. As a graduate economist, with major in Management at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in 2007, he directs his professional career in the field of Accounting and Finance.
He has been continuously upgrading his nine-year professional career to various domestic and international seminars and has obtained an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business issued by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants-ACCA. It also holds a license for an authorized accountant issued by the Institute of Accountants and Chartered Accountants of the Republic of Macedonia.
He has been part of Inbox in the past five years, a period in which he has achieved successful results in the process of sale and maintaining clients. As a graduate Economist in Business Management and upgrading his knowledge through trainings for perfecting sales techniques and relationships with clients, as well as upgrading knowledge in archiving, Dejan successfully implements his professional experience in the Inbox’s value system as a company.
He began his professional career in 2001 as a specialist electrical engineer, postgraduate in energy engineering, in a company that is involved in the construction of large, capital buildings, where he worked until 2005. That same year, he upgraded his professional career in the field of telecommunications, i.e. the direct sales division into an international company as a team leader and had this position until 2008. From 2008 to 2012 he has being upgraded with the position of Coordinator-Supervisor in direct and indirect sales on the entire territory of the Republic of Macedonia, again in the field of telecommunications. In 2012, a new professional challenge and engagement in Inbox – the largest archival center in Macedonia,a position of direct sales manager and a quality manager. After a certain period of time he continues his current position as Director of Sales and CRM.
With a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Applied Business Languages – Business and Commerce, in 2010 she started her practice in the banking sector in the marketing department. After completing the practice, she upgraded her knowledge into a short-term project in the field of electronic foreign exchange, thus acquiring capabilities in the area of marketing, business communications and leadership skills.
In 2011 she joined the Inbox team as the first employee of the Digital Services’ department. Her commitment and constant upgrading of knowledge and skills, especially in the field of project management and process development, sets her in a managerial position in the Digital Services department, which carries successfully realized projects and processes improvements. Due to her marketing skills and experience, as well as her advanced business communication, today she runs the marketing department.
Tatjana Naskovic is a team coordinator for electronic and archiving solutions in the Digital Services’ department at Inbox. She starts her professional career in the area of accounting and office administration, gaining a lot of experience in managing business documentation. She joined Inbox in 2012 in the Digital Services’ Department. Throughout her work she uses her interest and knowledge about archive and office work by actively conducting training for office and archive administration of clients in Inbox.
Today Tatiana is a graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy at the University “St. Cyril and Methodius “department – archive history and team leader of the Digital Services Department, where she has an outstanding share in operating on large projects. She is actively involved in all the processes that are part of the Digital Services’ sector, working on cutting-edge technology in the field of digitization owned by Inbox.
Through its professional experience, he uses its multidisciplinary foundations of business, production and operation for inspiration and creation of safe and standardized / continuous processes for obtaining and retaining clients in the company.
He started his professional career in 2002 and has developed it in several international companies in the country and abroad, as head of sectors in security, manufacturing and IT companies, as well as a manager of a trading company and creating a chain of companies in the same business in abroad. His knowledge is based on 15 years of working experience and proven practices, management and leadership training, together with previously successfully realized education in state educational institutions in the fields of electronics and mechanical engineering.
Graduated from the Law Faculty “Iustinianus Primus” at the State University “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje in June 2011 – Department of Legal Studies. In 2011 she started her master studies in business law at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” at the State University “Ss Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje and in September 2013 defends her master’s thesis titled “Factors of Specific Development of corporate governance systems and tendencies for their convergence ” and acquires a master’s degree in legal sciences in the field of business law. She passes the Justice exam in May 2015.
During her master’s studies, she acquired theoretical knowledge by volunteering in state administration offices and spent her internship in a reputable lawyer’s office. She starts her professional career in the business sector as Lawyer. Since April 2016, she continues her professional career at Inbox. She is dedicated in providing high quality and comprehensive legal services, representing the company in front of the clients and the state authorities, providing maximum professional protection of the Company, as well as being involved in the HR operations. At the moment, she is an active participant of the Academy for Human Resources organized by Clear View.
She completed her education as a graduate of Agronom at the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Food in Skopje in 2002. With professional career she started in 2003 as an Administrative Assistant in a construction company and with her loyalty, she continually upgrades her knowledge through trainings and seminars in the field of business administration and office work.That way, she continuously contributes to more efficient resolution and coordination of the work tasks in the field of office work until 2010.
Since 2013, she continues to work in Inbox as assistant for corporate support, coordination and administration, and successfully realizes her experience in the company’s value system. She contributes to continuous professionalism by providing top-class service to customers and employees by applying company’s standards, quality system and prescribed procedures.
He is upgrading his formal education as a Mechanical Technician for Mechanical Vehicles and Machines in 1994. He received his first employment in Macedonian Telekom in 1997 in the Security Service.
In 2002, with the change of the position as Currier in the MKT Archive Department, he was introduced to the basics of office and archive work, from where he was promoted to an Assistant for archive work, and later to Senior asisstant. His professional activity involves coordination of the team in the Central Archive Department of the client – Macedonian Telekom.
