As a Technical Lead, you will work on a new product called “Digital Office” that is offered as a Cloud SaaS platform on the local market aimed to drive the digital transformation in process automation and document management.
Our main R&D Hub is located in Slovenia and our team is responsible for local implementations, business process customization, and product integration.
Implementation & Project Management – responsible for the organization, task management, prioritization and creating implementation project plans for a client request that includes:
• Business requirements analysis for adjustment and modification of product/ processes. Assuring proper functioning of existing solutions on the platform. Solving problems and responding to incidents.
• Actively involved in developing/scripting the requested processes and ensuring team deliverables
• Clients meetings, collecting feedback, presenting Technical product aspects
Team Culture – high level of collaboration, organize mentorship sessions and ways how the team will improve the competence level
New features & partnerships – Coming up with possible integration proposals that will add value to our core product.

• You are perky, discipline and self-driven person
• You have experience in system solution implementation/integration (specifically DMS implementation, ERP solutions – cloud-based)
• Communication skills, ability to coordinate with other organizational units in the company, initiative, tactical, creative and trustworthy.
